WHEN BOOKING A PLACE AT A WORKSHOP:
An email will be sent to you with additional information regarding the workshop.
The booking is binding.
If the seller for whatever reason has to cancel a workshop, you will be offered the possibility of booking a place at another workshop at no additional cost. However, if that is not possible you will be refunded.
WHEN PURCHASING PAINTINGS AND OTHER ITEMS:
Please allow up to 7 days for the item to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been sent. All items are sent with a tracking number.
The shipping fee includes non-insured shipping. For insured shipping, please contact the seller through the contact form before or at the time of purchase. The seller is not responsible for any delays during shipping or any other additional costs that may arise. The buyer is responsible for any customs, import taxes or other possible additional costs that may apply. In case of loss or damage during shipping, the seller will only be responsible to pay a full refund if the buyer has committed to and paid for insured shipping. Returns and refunds: In case of return, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days. A refund will be given as money back once the item(s) have been returned to the seller in same condition as when purchased. The return shipping method must be same during the purchase (i.e. properly packaged and tracked (and insured if that was the case)). Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer. The ownership of a painting is transferred to the buyer at the time of the purchase, however, the artist retains full copyright.
